About Me

Hi, I'm Sandy Wade.

I’m a Jesus lover and a wife to my very best friend, Dan.  I’m also an accidental blogger, writer and speaker.  We live in South Carolina with Oliver, our adopted furry son.

My journey began when I cried out to God for help with my weight struggles.  God placed it on my heart that I was to come out of the closet with my struggles and start a blog.  The blog took off and has touched hundreds of thousands of people in fifteen different countries. The blog was also the inspiration for my book of my personal spiritual journey to weight loss and healing. Getting real with authentic abundance, I shared my intimate personal discoveries and struggles of my experience of getting to goal by finding myself along the way. God promised if I did the work, He’ll produce the results. He still holds true to that promise.  My prayer now is that I can help others going through the same thing.

I lost 45 pounds and have kept it off, all by the grace of God and by keeping it real!

My passion is helping women find their passion for life and encouraging them to do the hard things to live the life God wants them to live.

What I do…

Certified Master Life Coach – Mindset Mentor – Inspirational Speaker – Blogger

I help mid-life frustrated women find the support they need to develop courage and confidence to transform their lives from the inside and out.

I continue to publish a blog, offering encouraging words to help inspire and empower women to find their voice and find their healthiest self.  I also do a Facebook Live show with a special message to encourage others.  So many people were asking me how I lost so much weight, and kept it off, that I now offer an online group monthly membership to help you become your best self in all areas of life. This group offers access to a closed membership group to help woman stay accountable and stay committed to their plan. We work through a new lesson each week to reinvent our lives from the inside out!

Fun Facts About Me…

I owned my own business, a dance studio, at the age of 16.

I once walked 39 miles for cancer in two days in San Francisco.

I lost 4 toe nails after that walk, but they grew back.

I am a recovering sugar addict; drug of choice was raw chocolate chip cookie dough.

I hate the taste of coffee.

I always wanted to be a ballerina or a child therapist.

I often sing along to Hispanic Zumba music even though I do not speak Spanish.

I have lived in Ohio, Arizona, the state of Washington, and South Carolina.  No, I wasn’t in the military.

I am obsessed with our rescue poodle mix Oliver.

My husband still accuses me of stalking him when we first met.  (Stalking seems a bit harsh, I prefer aggressively pursued.)
